$100.00 for reservations of 2 or more months
$50.00 for reservations of 5 or more nights
1 night's rent for all other reservations

3-4 Month Package:
5% discount if site rental is paid in cash or check. Electric must be paid every 30 days.


Extra Persons: $2.00 per night per person, Children 3 and under free.


Maximum Site Occupancy: 6 persons, 2 vehicles

Cancellation Policy:
Monthly site 30 days before arrival day
All others 7 days before arrival day
A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
No refund for early departures unless we re-rent your site.
